Yes, you can. You can cancel or change an order from your customer account. But make sure you email the seller on time to whom you place the order or email our sales team at sales@bitdealz.com to resolve the issue. Please note that you must inform the seller or our sales team within 24 hours so that your order will not be shipped from the supplier. In case your order is already forwarded to the courier, the order cannot be canceled or changed. So, it is important to contact the seller on time or our sales team ASAP.

Yes, you can. In case an ordered item fails to meet conditions as described or it is defective or the information given by the seller is misleading, you can claim a refund. You can find more information about our refund policy here

Yes, most of the items are shipped worldwide while some items are not eligible to be shipped to certain countries: it depends on the nature of the products. You can find more information about it in the section of STORE POLICIES under each particular seller. 

Most of our orders are shipped within 1-7 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and update about your order’s shipment status all along its journey from the seller to you. For some orders, depending on the nature of the products, sellers’ shipping policies, and your place of residence, they may take more than 5 days and in some cases, some products may take 7 to 35 working days to be delivered.

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately get an email with a tracking number from the seller. You can then track your parcel using the tracking number. 

To track your parcel, please allow the courier 2-5 business days. Once the courier confirms your order’s shipment, you will be able to track your order using the tracking number emailed to you.

Shipment may be delayed for some reasons such as due to bad weather, long Holidays, customs, a huge number of deliveries, and backlogs. If it takes more than 4 weeks since the package was shipped out, please contact the seller about the issue or contact us.

If you have not yet received your order in the required time frame, please contact the seller to whom you’ve placed the order or contact us immediately. You may also contact your local post office to check if they have received your parcel. Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping addresses and phone numbers provided by you.

Since sellers ship orders worldwide and since our website and services are based in English, all the information required for shipment should be written in English. In addition, we highly suggest that you add a telephone or mobile number to the shipping address, so the courier can easily contact you.

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact the seller ASAP or contact us, so we can check your order’s status in our database and take action accordingly. Please note that we can’t change your shipping address once your order is already shipped out from the seller.

Depending on the country you live in, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order whereas fees are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes falls under your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

Before your order is forwarded to the courier, the sellers always check out and make sure of the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that may be the causes for your products being damaged in transit. In case of such issues, please contact the seller immediately or contact us. At the time of contact,  make sure you attach photos of the damaged products and provide a brief description of the issue you’re encountering.
