Can I change or cancel my order?
To cancel or change your order, you can cancel an order from your customer account on BitDealz but please email us on email@example.com (not more than 24 hours) so your order will not be shipped from supplier. In case your order is already forwarded to the courier, we can’t change it nor cancel it, so it is important to contact us asap.
Do you offer a refund?

How many days will my order deliver to me?
The orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates about your shipment’s journey. It usually takes 7 to 25 working days for it to be delivered, depends on your place of residence.
