Refunds for customers on the BitDealz shopping platform are divided into the following two categories:

First refund category:

For customers, who buy a product on the BitDealz shopping platform with a value less than $1000 fiat currency which is automatically calculated and converted into cryptocurrency value at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued from the seller to the customer’s cryptocurrency wallet address that is used at the time of purchase. The refund can also be issued to the customer’s desired wallet address if chosen later by the customer. The refund will be counted by deducting shipping fees, insurance fees, and fees (if applicable) including cancellation fees as described by the seller. So, we suggest that you check the refund policy from each seller at the time of purchasing their products.

Second refund category:

For customers, who buy products on the BitDealz shopping platform with a value of more than $1000 fiat currency which is automatically calculated and converted into cryptocurrency value at the time of purchase, they are protected with a full refund policy, deducting shipping fees, insurance fees, and other fees (if applicable). To make it clear, our system is designed to hold cryptocurrency in a Cold Vault for the customers. The Cold Vault holds the cryptocurrency from the date, when customers buy a product through our crypto shopping platform, until the date when the cryptocurrency is finally released to sellers after customers’ submission. In case any issue appears with delivered items in respect of the quality or any other issues that customers are not satisfied with the sellers’ service, a refund deducting blockchain fees, shipping fees, insurance fees, and other fees (if applicable) will be issued to customers to their personal wallet address.

The time of holding cryptocurrency in the cold vault depends on the product delivery time to the customers’ location. Once products are successfully delivered, the customers are able to release the cryptocurrency to the sellers, or they may ask for a refund if any issue appears with the products or sellers’ service.

We encourage sellers and buyers to find the best solution for the continuous growth of the BitDealz brand and to continue shopping with cryptocurrency.

For any unresolved refunds from sellers, we encourage buyers to contact our sales team with a clear description of the issue, so we can find the best solution for both parties.

If you’d like to cancel your order or make any adjustments, it is important that you contact the seller as soon as possible, so you can make changes before shipment.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product to the seller within the specified calendar days described by the seller for your purchase. The product must be undamaged and in the same condition in which you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging. All original manufacturer stickers and seals must be fully intact.

Once the seller has received your complaint, you can make a request for returning the product to the seller.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.

Once the seller receives your returned item, the seller will send you an email notifying you about the return. Upon inspecting the returned item, the seller will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, you will be given a refund to your desired wallet address in less than 1 hour (most of the time it is instant), depending on how heavy the loads are on the blockchain network at that time.
