Items must be returned to sellers in the same condition in which the items have been received. For items returned to the sellers in a deteriorated condition, or for items not packaged securely enough to prevent damage during return shipping, the buyers are liable to compensate for the loss caused to the items, and for such cases, the sellers may deduct an amount to recoup for the loss based on the value, and then, they will issue the buyers a partial refund.
So, for return shipping, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Before you return an item, contact your seller and make sure the seller is eligible to receive your return because some sellers don’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
The buyers must give a clear description stating the reason for returning an item.
In most cases, the buyers will need to pay for the return shipment.
If an item is damaged when a buyer receives it or if an item does not match its description, the buyer can return the item to its seller, and then the buyer will receive a refund from the seller or will get a replacement with the desired item. If the buyer changes his or her mind and no longer wants the item, he or she may request a return within the seller’s prescribed return period.
