Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders from suppliers are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If suppliers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The orders are shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses but you need to check all the right information with a particular supplier who has a listed item through our website.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from supplier through our email system once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The suppliers are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If the item is damaged when the buyer receives it or does not match the listing description, they may return it and we will give them a full refund. If the buyer changes their mind and no longer wants the item, they may request a return within the prescribed returns period. For return the item contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Most of the items listed on our website include FREE SHIPPING to the buyer’s place of residence.
Some items may be restricted from being shipped to particular countries.
The shipping rates for some items will appear on the product page and will be calculated according to the item’s value, weight, and the distance to its destination.
In order to ensure the fastest possible shipping, we choose suppliers with good couriers. However, before you order an item, please check the shipping policy of the supplier for that particular item.
If the item doesn’t arrive at your address in the time frame promised by the supplier, please contact us for a full refund or to replace your item.
