Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:
All orders from sellers are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If sellers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Orders are shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. So, we suggest that you carefully check all the information with the seller before placing your order on the BitDealz crypto shopping platform.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email from the seller through our email system once your order is shipped out. The confirmation email contains a tracking number that will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The sellers are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are subject to customers’ liability.


If customers receive damaged items or items that do not match the description provided, the customers may return the items to the sellers and ask the sellers for a  refund. With regard to issuing a refund, read our refund policy page. If buyers change their mind and no longer want the items, they may request a return to the sellers within the prescribed return period. Some items may be restricted from being shipped to particular countries.

The shipping fee for an item will appear on the checkout page and will be calculated according to the item’s value, weight, and distance to its destination.

In order to ensure the fastest possible shipping, we choose sellers with good couriers.

However, before you order an item, please check the shipping policy of the seller for that particular item.
